As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing business with current and prospective Hispanic customers in order to expand existing relationships and acquire new customers. You will represent the bank in community initiatives and ensure the bank's visibility in all aspects of the community, promoting a favorable image. You will also assist with coordinating advertising, promotional programs, and public relations.

Responsibilities:

* Develop business with current and prospective Hispanic customers
* Represent the bank in community initiatives
* Coordinate advertising, promotional programs, and public relations
* Assist with treasury management services or in evaluating creditworthiness of customers or potential customers

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Two years secondary education and/or extensive experience in a banking environment
* Must speak Spanish fluently
* Demonstrated proficiency in banking compliance issues is required along with computer literacy
* Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers
* Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work independently
* Must possess and maintain current and valid driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
* Ability to travel throughout market for various meetings and appointments
* Requires great attention to detail, ability to recall and good organizational skills
* Ability to operate a variety of office equipment
