Job Description Overview:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator for Executives position is a key role within our church's administrative team. This position provides high-level support to our senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports* Maintaining accurate records and files* Handling confidential information with discretion* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders* Possessing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field* Having a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project and administrative office management* Demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills* Showing strong communication and interpersonal skills* Being able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information* Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Being able to work independently with minimal supervision* Being willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
