The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

Your Role as a Bilingual Real Estate Agent:

  • Follow up on leads in both Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations in the client's preferred language
  • Host bilingual open houses to showcase your listings
  • Manage transactions seamlessly, bridging any language gaps
  • Leverage your bilingual skills to expand our business in the Chinese-speaking market
  • Provide expert local market knowledge to Chinese and English-speaking clients
  • Assist with translation of marketing materials and legal documents when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin and English (required)
  • Valid Real Estate License (mandatory)
  • Sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills in both languages
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Understanding of Chinese cultural norms and business practices
