The firm's representative engagements involve working with owners and developers of various projects, such as shopping centers, mixed-use developments, hotels, apartments, office buildings, industrial and business parks, affordable housing projects, educational facilities, residential developments, master planned communities, and timberland.
As a commercial real estate attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a sophisticated and diverse client base, offering an excellent benefits package and competitive compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
