Position Summary:
Join our dynamic and diverse Talent Acquisition team as a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will focus on recruiting highly skilled and innovative professionals. Our engineering and developer roles address complex challenges that pave the way for a world of economic opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to comprehend hiring needs, products, and services while providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Oversee candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a swift and positive interview experience.
  • Conduct 20-30 initial candidate screenings weekly and successfully fill 10 to 15 positions quarterly.
  • Devise innovative recruitment strategies for Mobile Engineering and manage the entire hiring process for assigned roles, ensuring an efficient recruiting partnership.
  • Proactively source and build a pipeline of passive candidates to meet our time-to-fill objectives.
  • Focus on sourcing candidates from underrepresented backgrounds to create a diverse talent pool.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices in Talent Acquisition, including processes, interviewing techniques, and assessment strategies.
  • Perform ongoing market research to develop effective sourcing strategies and provide relevant market insights to the business.
  • Prepare, present, negotiate, and finalize competitive job offers in collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Engage in various Talent Acquisition projects of differing complexity and priority.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain the integrity of the ATS system.
  • Monitor key metrics related to recruitment activities, including time-to-fill and candidate engagement rates.
  • Guarantee that all pre-onboarding requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a global internet company, eCommerce, or financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple urgent tasks with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection skills for mobile engineering roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with effective listening and questioning skills.
  • Capability to simplify complex processes, manage competing priorities, and adhere to documentation requirements.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
