We are seeking a seasoned New Business Manager to spearhead our growth strategy and drive revenue expansion within the division's footprint. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to capture market share and penetrate high-potential accounts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of opening and penetrating new accounts exceeding $0.5 million annually. Your primary objective will be to produce new account revenue in line with organizational targets, focusing on opening the highest potential new accounts, driving sales dollars, and increasing gross profit dollars.

  • Develop and execute business plans to capture market share and penetrate high-potential accounts
  • Responsible for producing new account revenue in line with organizational targets
  • Maintain a pipeline of emerging high-potential clients
  • Collaborate with Category and Segment Specialists to create order guides and pricing for prospective accounts

In addition to your sales expertise, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
