Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for our clients in the healthcare industry.

About the Role

This is a full-time, contract position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and potential for advancement to a permanent role. You will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Your goal will be to fill positions quickly and efficiently while ensuring that candidates meet the necessary qualifications and fit the company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for client openings
  • Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely updates on candidate progress
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Manage calendar and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum four years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment software

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
