About the Role

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for fiscal functions of the Company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the contract manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Lead the preparation of General Ledger account reconciliations with sub-ledgers, and reconcile bank accounts to the General Ledger, researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • Accounting Operations: Lead the processing and reconciling of accounting documents, including invoices, vendor statements, ADP payroll transactions, and journal entries.
  • Financial Audits: Lead financial audits (internal, governmental/client) as needed or in support of the Controller as requested.
  • Team Leadership: Train and lead the accounting team and/or new team members on proper protocols, regulations, and established best practices.
  • Financial Support: Provide accounting and administrative support related to monthly management reports, and support the Finance and Materials Management teams in conducting the annual physical materials inventory.
  • Contract and Project Management: Develop and/or create ad-hoc reports, including project reporting, and ensure adherence to government rules/regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational, analytical skills, high proficiency with and knowledge of accounting and financial management software, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, and others.
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis, significant experience in or knowledge of accounting principles, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
