Accountable for overseeing trust services at a distinguished financial organization.

  • Chair the Trust Committee and other essential committees associated with trust services.
  • Stay informed on current trust and investment principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage senior trust personnel including Operations Officer, Investments Officer, Real Estate Manager, Compliance Officer, and Branch Officers.
  • Develop and manage the trust budget, set objectives, oversee vendor relations, and handle financial matters.
  • Keep senior management updated on trust operations, potential opportunities, and associated risks.
  • Evaluate and revise strategic plans for trust services.
  • Assume additional duties as directed by senior management.

Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed annual budget targets.
  • Maintain a strong regulatory compliance rating.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting. Juris Doctor preferred.

Experience: At least 10 years in trust services. CTFA certification or equivalent preferred.

Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
