Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at NexCore Group. As a key member of our project administration team, you will be responsible for assisting our D&C Managers in establishing project objectives and procedures, processing schedule updates, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist D&C Managers in establishing project objectives and procedures
  • Process schedule updates of construction projects and determine administrative requirements
  • Inform supervisors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
  • Oversee project databases and scheduling of projects
  • Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance
  • Manage portions of the full project-plan lifecycle including budgets, schedules, project updates, plans, trade partners, and track performance and completion of key goals
  • Document and report project progress to stakeholders, prepare agendas and minutes for D&C manager review, and distribute
  • Provide assistance over contracts and subcontracts, including completing templates for contracts and change orders, and assist the Contracts Coordinator with contracts for various vendors
  • Coordinate efforts across entire project between Project Managers, designers, architects, and subcontractors
  • Perform small projects in support of larger projects, as well as tenant improvement and routine capital and renovation projects
  • Create and build various tracking tools as needed
  • Assist in completion of project closeout documentation and review
Requirements
  • High School Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related - Preferred
  • 2+ years experience in project administration or coordination - Preferred

Benefits
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 / year
  • Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus
