Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Adventus Laboratory Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to reach or exceed account growth and revenue expectations
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to current and prospective customers
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Coordinates sales effort with leadership and technical service groups
- Partner with customers to assist in the success of their business and the success of our laboratory
- Self-Starter individually responsible for assigned territory and work as part of a larger company sales team
- Professionally represent the company at industry events and educational programs
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills with all MS Office products
- Understanding of sales process
- Ability to analyze potential markets, plan selling activities and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Ability to communicate complex subject matter to a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent listening, speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent decision making abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong professional, ethical and personal integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional outside/field sales experience preferably in the healthcare industry
- High level of integrity and work ethic
Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
