Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development and growth, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in the nuclear security industry, with a strong understanding of the DOE/NNSA market space
- Experience working with IDIQ-style contracts, with a strong understanding of the contract management process
- Experience leading business development efforts for a small business, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with working in a small business environment
