Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working in the nuclear security industry, with a strong understanding of the DOE/NNSA market space
  • Experience working with IDIQ-style contracts, with a strong understanding of the contract management process
  • Experience leading business development efforts for a small business, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with working in a small business environment
