Job Title: Inventory Management Associate

Job Overview:
Are you knowledgeable about plumbing components such as gaskets, valves, and fittings? PeopleShare is seeking an Inventory Management Associate for a dynamic industrial warehouse environment.

Position Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with potential early starts and Saturday shifts as required.
  • Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inventory assessments on a diverse range of 14,500 stock-keeping units (SKUs).
  • Inventory tasks will involve items such as fittings and valves, including various sizes of each component.
  • Utilize paper-based methods for inventory tracking until digital systems are implemented.
  • Conduct physical counts at designated rack and bin locations, documenting findings on paper before updating the computer system.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient understanding of plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fittings.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
  • Ability to work in an industrial warehouse setting that lacks temperature control.
  • Strong attention to detail with proficient reading and writing skills in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in various departments and shifts, including potential overtime.
  • Recent work experience within the last three months is necessary.
