Role Overview
The Inventory Control Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our Inventory Management System, collaborating closely with the operations and Cycle Count Teams to manage transactions within our ERP system and engage in auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend the majority of time in the warehouse conducting recounts, auditing, and reviewing inventory processes to identify discrepancies.
- Manage inventory adjustments within the ERP System and facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate and analyze root causes of reconciliation discrepancies, proposing solutions and escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Oversee daily cycle counts and reconciliation of variations.
- Validate and analyze inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures and compliance audits.
- Train inventory associates on their respective functions.
- Establish and maintain systems that ensure the integrity of inventory data and accounting processes.
- Perform tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently while adhering to established Cycle Count procedures.
- Assist with various warehouse projects as needed.
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions.
- Provide support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory-related issues.
- Work independently in a dynamic environment while ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Management to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
- High School Diploma is required; an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory control, preferably within the aerospace sector, along with 3+ years of experience using an ERP System (SAP preferred).

- Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs intermittently.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
