Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage commercial client relationships within a defined market segment.
  • Collaborate with a relationship banking team to provide solutions that create value for clients, communities, and Zions Bank.
  • Grow portfolio loans outstanding and operating deposit balances through new relationship development and existing client expansion.
  • Exercise sound understanding of market pricing dynamics and use corporate profitability tools to structure relationship pricing for loan, deposit, and non-interest income products.
  • Maintain cross-functional product knowledge and lead internal partnerships to facilitate a needs-based approach to selling a wide range of products and services.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, communicate effectively, and possess strong industry knowledge to achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage risk, including credit, operational, and reputational risks, to build a portfolio with high-quality assets and maintain credit quality.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in commercial lending.
  • Powerful relationship management and business development skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of credit and credit quality.
  • Ability to work with all levels of credit risk and leadership teams effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to loan growth goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and Economics or a related subject or equivalent experience.
