About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our growing creative team at Red Ventures. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in scaling our consumer-facing experiences for a large and diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our business goals and user needs.
  • Visual Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our digital products, including websites and mobile applications.
  • Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet our users' needs and expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design leads, content designers, analysts, and engineers, to iterate on and launch creative templates.
  • Design Systems: Support the team in maintaining and iterating on our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across our products.
  • Data-Driven Design: Identify data-driven opportunities to drive on-site improvements and optimize UI/UX patterns for scalability.
Requirements
  • Design Experience: 2+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Design Systems: Experience with design systems and workflows, with a strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
