- Maintain a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance license and complete all required continuing education (CE) courses.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Commercial lines insurance.
- Licensed in Pennsylvania Property/Casualty.
- Previous experience with Applied EPIC.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and follow up as necessary.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, and peers.
- Ability to negotiate and drive business results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
