Commercial Relationship Manager III

The VP Commercial Relationship Manager III is responsible for developing and expanding profitable commercial relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial performance, credit policy, and procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve established goals in loan, deposit, and fee production.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including loans, business services, deposits, and trust services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prospects, and center of influence contacts.
* Analyze financial performance and creditworthiness of potential customers to determine creditworthiness and structure credit requests.
* Develop and deliver credit presentations to approval authorities, including identification of strengths, weaknesses, mitigants, and recommendations for approval of credit requests.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or economics, or equivalent education and experience.
* Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, with at least 7 years of intense commercial and mortgage lending experience.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Working Conditions
* This position requires moderate travel, including overnight stays.
* The employee is frequently required to type, talk, and hear, with specific vision abilities required for viewing a computer monitor and extensive reading.
