We seek compassionate nursing professionals who possess:

  • A valid LPN license in the state of employment
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
  • A minimum of two years of LPN experience, preferably in hospice care
  • A current driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday traveling to and from patient locations
  • A dedication to consistently meet critical documentation deadlines
  • The ability to effectively manage your time and schedule
  • Proven experience with tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
