Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to become an integral part of our interdisciplinary hospice team, delivering exceptional care to patients facing serious health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate support and care to patients and their families.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families about care plans and resources available.

Qualifications:
  • Valid and unrestricted CNA license in Missouri and Kansas.
  • Completion of Hospice Aide testing as mandated by the agency.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in hospice care.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
  • Effective communication skills and a commitment to resolving concerns promptly.
  • CPR certification is required.

Work Environment:
