Job Summary

Inception Fertility is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented New Patient Scheduler I to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and proactive experience for prospective and existing patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely respond to all new patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth registration process.
  • Deliver superior patient service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Instruct patients desiring new patient appointments to complete required registration forms, either online, via email, fax, or mail.
  • Log patient calls daily and route registration forms to the appropriate contact at each location or business office representative.
  • Maintain a monthly log for new patient referral spreadsheets and mail new patient packets to potential new patients when requested.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
  • 1-2 years of patient contact/scheduling experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA compliance and requirements.
  • Ability to exhibit computer proficiency in Microsoft and EMR platforms and programs.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
