As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic selling plans to drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for educating clients on product offerings, assisting with order processing, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor products.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience, plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining regular contact with assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales in both new and existing accounts
- Developing strategic selling plans to drive sales growth
- Educating clients on product offerings and ensuring proper merchandising of products at accounts
- Assisting clients with order processing and coordinating with the delivery team
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor products to anticipate and address client needs

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years of sales experience in the beverage or related industry, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. You must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Additionally, you should be organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine interest in the beverage industry.
