Position Overview:
This role plays a crucial part in the design, execution, and ongoing management of the organization's health and welfare, retirement, paid time off, and leave of absence programs.

- Collaborate with the Benefits department to ensure effective communication of policies and programs.
- Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of benefits offerings to meet employee needs.
- Support the administration of retirement plans and paid time off policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to assess benefits programs.
- Excellent communication abilities to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in benefits administration or a related field is preferred.
