Drive Growth with Calix

Calix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Regional Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our regional customers and prospects, developing and maintaining existing account relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective territory and account plans to grow Calix market share and adoption of Calix solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, winning new accounts and ensuring Calix stays positively positioned within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solutions engineers, customer success, and overlay sales teams, to manage sales cycles from business champion to CEO/CFO/GM level.
  • Represent Calix in trade shows, conferences, and other events, delivering the Calix value statement and showcasing our innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • History of over-achieving quota in past sales positions.
  • Experience working in virtual teams, with local sales account teams, solutions engineers, customer success, and overlay sales teams.
  • Experience working with Channel partners, Value Added Resellers, and external Industry Consultants.
  • Demonstrated solution and consultative selling experience.
  • Passion for learning innovative solutions and technologies, and leveraging those learnings to position Calix for success.
