Job Overview:
The Senior Claims Adjuster will be responsible for managing complex and high-value insurance claims from inception through resolution. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound judgments while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and investigate complex insurance claims, including property, casualty, and liability claims.

- Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with legal, medical, and financial professionals to support claim resolution.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities, correspondence, and decisions.
- Monitor and manage a caseload of active claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims adjustment, with a proven track record in handling complex claims.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Associate in Claims (AIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)) are preferred.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
