Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims adjustment, with a proven track record in handling complex claims.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Associate in Claims (AIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)) are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
