We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience by focusing on engagement, cultural initiatives, payroll administration, and managing LOA/benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration (40%): Ensure accurate reporting, audits for discrepancies, resolves issues, and maintains compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Employee Engagement (30%): Directs employee survey processes, action planning, and engagement strategies. Collaborates with HR leadership on key projects and provides confidential data analysis.
  • HRMS Systems Administration (20%): Oversees data integrity within the HRMS, manages secure file transfers, audits data accuracy, and facilitates confidential benefit enrollment and changes.
  • Leave of Absence Administration (10%): Manages confidential leave records, ensures compliance with legal requirements, educates employees, and coordinates return-to-work processes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources; minimum 3 years of experience supporting or administering benefits, LOA's or Payroll
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • MUST have Payroll experience
  • Working understanding of best practices related to employment law, payroll (wage & hour) and benefit compliance
