Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and committed Finance Operations Manager to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our financial information, managing fixed assets, preparing financial reports, and overseeing the month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Operations Manager, your main duties will include:
1. Supervising the daily functions of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, cash management, general ledger, payroll, and utility expenses.
2. Guaranteeing the precision of financial reports and records by establishing and maintaining effective internal control systems.
3. Managing fixed assets, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, and disposal processes.
4. Leading the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
5. Coordinating the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, along with the timely publication of monthly financial statements.
6. Ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
