Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a bilingual Client Engagement Specialist (CES). The CES plays a pivotal role in fostering positive interactions with potential clients through telephone communication. This position involves educating clients about various HealthPlan offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process via phone or alternative sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and initiate outbound communications with potential clients.
  • Promote Medicare Advantage plans while adhering to established presentation guidelines.
  • Perform needs assessments and cost-benefit evaluations to aid clients in choosing appropriate plans.
  • Facilitate enrollments into selected plans via phone or other enrollment methods.
  • Coordinate in-person consultations and manage RSVPs for events for clients who prefer face-to-face meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all communications with clients.
  • Achieve or surpass individual sales targets through effective client engagement and comprehensive product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health assistance programs is preferred.
  • Experience working with senior citizens and low-income populations is beneficial.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center setting is necessary.
  • An active California Life and Health Insurance License is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in one of the following languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, or Korean is required.
  • Willingness to work call center hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

This position offers a hybrid work model following training, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Compensation: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour plus commission.
