This position involves supporting a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Clinicians, ensuring that senior patients receive the necessary care and attention for their chronic conditions. The outreach coordinator will primarily engage in outbound communication with the senior population, addressing their needs and scheduling appointments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to assess customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Utilize active listening skills to identify specific inquiries or issues while accurately documenting information in our systems.
  • Investigate complex issues across various databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns.

This role presents both challenges and rewards, requiring a deep understanding of our diverse product offerings and the various benefits associated with each. You will be recognized for your performance in a dynamic environment that encourages personal and professional development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Windows PC, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • 6 months of customer service experience utilizing phones and computers.
  • Ability to work during standard business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, particularly with senior populations.
  • Bilingual skills in English and either Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish.
  • Background in sales is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong listening abilities to gather relevant information and build rapport with customers.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to assess situations and propose solutions.
