This position focuses on assisting a team of Advanced Practice Clinicians by managing outreach efforts to a senior population that requires consistent care and attention for chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to senior patients to ascertain their healthcare needs and provide necessary assistance.
  • Utilize active listening skills to address inquiries and document relevant information accurately in our systems.
  • Investigate complex patient issues across various databases and collaborate with support teams to resolve concerns.

This role presents both challenges and rewards, requiring a solid understanding of our healthcare products and benefits to effectively assist patients and providers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role utilizing phone and computer systems.
  • Ability to work during standard business hours and accommodate occasional overtime or weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, particularly with senior populations.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and another language such as Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish.
  • Background in sales or related fields.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to customer interactions.
