Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Address and manage all direct customer inquiries, collaborating closely with the Customer Experience Manager and Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance product sales.
- Respond to daily customer communications via phone and email regarding product details, pricing, services, and delivery.
- Accurately input customer orders into the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and process payments as necessary.
- Foster customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Promote company products by understanding customer needs, providing technical information, and suggesting additional offerings.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads to identify new sales opportunities.
- Engage with potential customers to finalize sales.
- Work in tandem with the Sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups on completed orders to confirm customer satisfaction and address any arising issues.
- Occasionally participate in customer meetings.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
