Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Client Service and Administrative Support

  • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, both in-person and via phone, to foster excellent client relations and ensure satisfaction; clarify client needs and efficiently direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company structure and operations, providing accurate information to clients regarding services and directions.
  • Manage appointment schedules effectively, including reminder communications for upcoming meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper routing and documentation.
  • Support office operations by managing fax communications and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain accurate financial records and assist with vendor payments.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the role.
  • Proactively address client concerns by communicating with management as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in a receptionist or similar role within the automotive retail sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Required: Valid California Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
