We are seeking a Patient Outreach Coordinator to assist an Advanced Practice Clinician. The role involves supporting a team dedicated to managing appointments for a senior population with chronic health conditions.

This position operates primarily in a call center environment, emphasizing outbound communication with senior clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to assess and address client needs
  • Listening attentively to identify specific inquiries while accurately documenting information
  • Investigating complex issues across various databases and collaborating with support teams to resolve client concerns

This role presents both challenges and rewards. In a high-volume setting, you will need to develop a thorough understanding of our diverse products and their benefits to effectively assist clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls to engage with clients
  • Utilize active listening skills to gather relevant information
  • Document client interactions and follow up on inquiries

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Windows PC
  • At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • 6+ months of customer service experience utilizing phones and computers
  • Ability to work during standard business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, particularly with senior clients
  • Bilingual in English and another language
  • Sales experience is a plus

Essential Skills:

  • Strong listening and communication abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills to assess situations and provide solutions
