Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our Retail Operations Team, a dynamic and high-performing unit. This role is essential in redefining retail models and processes, aimed at enhancing consumer engagement and satisfaction. The successful candidate will thrive in a challenging environment, contributing to the evolution of retail capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial support for the Retail Operations Carrier business, including investment analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze operational results, interpret data, and present findings to management.
  • Respond to financial data requests related to budgeting.
  • Prepare and submit executive financial requests.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate reports to validate payments and address variances.
  • Deliver insightful financial analytics to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's Degree. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in retail operations and financial analysis.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with financial software, such as SAP R/3, is advantageous.
