Position Overview:

The Business Training Analyst within the Auto Finance division plays a crucial role in ensuring that credit personnel are well-versed in essential processes, credit standards, and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial pre-screening interviews and provide recommendations during the hiring process.
  • Facilitate training for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and implement training and coaching opportunities to improve performance.
  • Deliver monthly training sessions on updates to requirements and procedures.
  • Develop and execute action plans for training when necessary.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and resources.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in underwriting practices.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in auto credit.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret data effectively and present findings creatively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Chase Auto Finance credit requirements and operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with federal credit regulations and fair lending laws.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in analytical tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in hiring, interviewing, and training.
  • Solid understanding of the automobile industry and auto finance sector.
