Position Overview

Entegris is on the lookout for a Strategic Development Coordinator to deliver essential support to the Chief Strategy Office and the executive leadership team, which encompasses Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Ventures. This position demands a high level of emotional intelligence, exceptional interpersonal skills, and advanced technical proficiency with various tools. A strong work ethic and the capability to anticipate and manage diverse executive needs proactively are crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership, playing a vital role in the organization's overall success. This position requires exercising significant discretion and judgment, managing confidential information, and possessing the organizational skills necessary to handle a variety of tasks and deadlines on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit excellent judgment, integrity, and a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy when managing sensitive correspondence and issues.
  • Provide top-tier executive administrative support, ensuring professionalism and exceptional service in every interaction.
  • Engage with executives and their assistants both internally and externally, addressing requests with the appropriate level of urgency.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and propose effective solutions.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, employees, customers, and investors. Manage all travel logistics, including flights, car services, hotel accommodations, and timely processing of reimbursable expenses.
  • Proactively manage team and individual calendars, schedule meetings, arrange logistics, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure high-quality and timely completion of tasks while remaining adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Address or resolve issues within your scope of responsibility and keep leadership informed of significant matters.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team and other relevant parties to initiate purchase orders and effectively manage vendor payments.
  • Oversee office logistics, including mail and shipping, and maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, evaluating new products, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Assist with special projects within M&A, Business Development, and Corporate Ventures, taking on additional assignments as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives within Corporate Development teams.
  • Strong familiarity with collaboration technologies (e.g., Teams, Webex) and the ability to work effectively with IT teams as required by meeting needs.
  • Organizationally astute, with a keen ability to navigate sensitive situations and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in project management and event coordination.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and availability to work outside of standard business hours when necessary for special projects.
