Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to take a structured approach, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Strong team leadership skills and ability to make cross-functional teams successful, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Proven relevant experience with managing large, complex portfolio programs, with a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and a background in a functional business area, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, management or business administration, with an advanced technical degree or MBA desirable.
