Job Summary

Bruker is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations Team Americas, you will provide direct support to Bruker employees, company management, and multiple HR groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Respond to and answer general HR questions regarding policy and processes, benefits, payroll, and route complex requests or issues to appropriate departments.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Prepare offer letters and employment agreements, complete I9 and E-Verify transactions, and conduct new hire orientations.
  • Employee Data Management: Process employee data transactions in HRIT related to hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and other employment-related changes, including compensation and terminations.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain employee records such as electronic personnel files, I9's, benefit, and immigration documents.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions Support: Assist with M&A transitions.
  • Recruiting Support: May provide support for recruiting activities such as scheduling candidate interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Process Improvement: Document guidelines, processes, and procedures of the HR Operations team, identify opportunities for process and/or systems improvement, recommend, and/or initiate improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer support work experience within a business work setting.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • HR Experience: Prior experience with HR Information Systems a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in spoken and written format with a positive customer support orientation, proven ability to engage as a team member with co-workers at all levels of the company, clear time-management and prioritization methodologies, curious, strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset, strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines, proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
