Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling, customer service challenges, and equipment issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including personal safety, equipment usage, and food handling practices.
  • Ensure that all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared in accordance with company quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Uphold cleanliness in customer service areas by following established procedures, including outdoor landscaping, entrances, dining areas, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production/storage areas.
  • Exercise fiscal responsibility with company assets by adhering to cash handling policies.
  • Exhibit teamwork by contributing to the overall success of the team and communicating effectively with fellow team members.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Practice frequent handwashing.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
