In this position, you will provide exceptional support for a variety of Paychex offerings, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for fostering positive client relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a fair and effective manner, adhering to our established policies and procedures.

Utilizing your expertise in at least one Paychex product, you will proactively engage with clients, offering insights and suggestions for improvement based on their feedback. Your ability to tackle complex challenges will be essential, as you will also serve as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive insurance quotes to clients during renewal periods, ensuring they are presented with the best options for satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers, guaranteeing top-tier customer service.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to maintain a seamless customer experience across all product lines.
  • Implement strategies to retain clients as outlined in annual objectives.
  • Enhance your knowledge of Section 125, COBRA, and Worker's Compensation to better serve our clients.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector or customer service.

Demonstrated customer service skills are essential, and a LAH license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

This role requires eligibility for insurance licensing across all states, which may necessitate a thorough background check.

If you do not currently hold the necessary licenses, you will be expected to secure them within 90 calendar days of your start date. Failure to do so may lead to corrective actions, including potential termination.

Paychex Deutschland GmbH will cover the costs for up to two attempts to pass the state insurance licensing exam, including materials and fees for testing. Any additional attempts will be the responsibility of the employee.

For those hired with an active license, it is crucial to keep your licensing information up to date, including any changes in residency, email, or personal details.


Compensation


In alignment with our commitment to transparency, we are pleased to share that the starting base pay for this position is €30.86 per hour. Please note that this figure represents the base pay and does not encompass the complete rewards package associated with the role.

Your overall compensation will be influenced by various factors, including geographic location, skills, education, and experience, which may result in a total compensation that exceeds this range.
