Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for recruitment and staffing activities, including making service calls to referral sources and prospects, processing applications, and assigning personnel to clients.
  • Coordinate home care referrals and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Support branch recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and orienting field staff.
  • Make service calls to referral sources and prospects to gather information regarding client needs.
  • Track and manage physician orders, case conferences, re-certifications, in-service visits, and supervisory visits.
  • Order and monitor medical and office supplies under the direction of the supervising nurse and Branch Director.
  • Ensure compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements.
  • File and maintain integrity of employee personnel files and client charts.
  • Complete data entry as assigned.
  • Counsel field employees on non-clinical matters.
  • Initiate complaint and service failure reporting and investigation, including appropriate and ongoing resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Two or more years of college required.
  • At least one year of training or experience in a service-related industry.
  • At least one year of experience in home health care, with commercial insurance and private pay experience preferred.
  • Experience should emphasize problem-solving skills in a patient care setting.
