Job Overview
- Develops tailored, fundamental charts and reports for procurement personnel and management to facilitate analysis and oversight of procurement factors (e.g., supplier pricing, delivery timelines, quality metrics). Under close supervision, manages procurement tasks for low-value, uncomplicated purchases and executes orders based on established strategic agreements.
- Assists Procurement Agents in executing procurement transactions as directed by management.
- Inputs, extracts, and performs basic updates of data within databases for procurement agents, management, and other stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and timeliness.
- Collects, organizes, edits, and supplies data from various digital systems and databases to procurement agents and management to effectively assess processes and performance within the procurement cycle.
- Coordinates and organizes meetings, documents and distributes meeting minutes and agendas, processes and archives forms and documentation, and undertakes other administrative duties to enhance the efficiency of procurement operations.
- Engages with procurement agents and internal stakeholders to aid in identifying and resolving issues related to the procurement cycle, such as quotes, billing, contracts, and documentation discrepancies, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Gathers necessary documentation (e.g., drawings, specifications, statements of work) from various sources and assists in disseminating this information to suppliers to clarify contractual requirements.
- Schedules and organizes meetings, records and distributes meeting minutes and agendas, processes and files forms and documentation, and performs additional administrative tasks with limited supervision to support the efficiency of procurement operations.

- Typically requires a basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) along with 1 or more years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate).
