Description:
  • Develops tailored, fundamental charts and reports for procurement professionals and leadership to assist in the evaluation and management of procurement factors such as supplier expenses, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Handles procurement duties for low-value, straightforward acquisitions under the guidance of management and utilizes pre-established strategic agreements.
  • Assists Procurement Professionals in executing procurement transactions as instructed by leadership.
  • Inputs, retrieves, and modifies data in databases for procurement staff, management, and other stakeholders to guarantee data accuracy and promptness.
  • Compiles and supplies information from various systems and databases to assess processes and performance within the procurement workflow.
  • Supports the scheduling of meetings, documentation of minutes, processing of forms, and management of administrative tasks to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Engages with procurement professionals and internal stakeholders to address issues related to the procurement process, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Collects and disseminates documentation to suppliers to clarify contractual stipulations.
  • Establishes presentation standards and crafts intricate charts and reports for procurement evaluation and management.
