Mortgage Loan Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The Mortgage Loan Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Mortgage Loan Sales team, ensuring the efficient processing of loan applications and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, scheduling appointments and servicing members.
- Analyze and reconcile commission reports for the Mortgage Loan Sales Department.
- Assist in audit preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Input and maintain a member database to effectively target members for marketing and follow-up.
- Assist with problem resolution and provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible for maintaining all broker files and reports, completing production reports as required.
- Produce weekly pipeline reports and perform special projects as assigned.
- Leverage available software, including Microsoft Outlook, for contact management.
- Maintain appointment calendars for Directors or Mortgage Loan Consultants.
- Assist with the implementation and development of real estate seminars and coordination of same.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- One to two years of mortgage industry experience.
- Knowledge of mortgage loan industry rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with mortgage documents and processes.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under intensive deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
- The working environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature.
- The job may require flexibility with regards to scheduling days, hours, and work location, depending on business needs.
- The job is typically sedentary but may require standing and walking up to 35% of the work time.
Physical Abilities, Mental Demands, and Work Environment:
The employee must be able to exercise sound judgment, effectively plan and be well organized, have excellent oral and written communications skills, work well under changing timelines, take the initiative, and be flexible and cooperative. Accuracy, timeliness, and maintaining confidentiality related to member, employee information, and company records is required.
