Xometry, a leading digital marketplace for manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Sales Training Manager to empower our sales team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

As a Sales Training Manager, you will partner with sales leadership to design and deliver impactful training programs that boost sales effectiveness and productivity. Your expertise will help onboard new team members, develop and maintain training materials, and create innovative marketing materials to promote development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs and develop effective solutions
  • Design and deliver training programs using adult learning principles and best practices
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, including instructional design and content creation
  • Prepare regular dashboards to track training results and inform management decisions
  • Manage the logistics of Learning and Development (L&D) deliverables, including project management and coordination

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of training experience focused on sales and sales leadership
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering training programs that drive sales growth and productivity
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience in virtual and in-person settings
  • Proficiency in software applications like Confluence, Gong, Articulate, and G-Suite
