Job Summary

The Client Management Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer support.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or client management, preferably in the construction industry (but not required).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and industry standards.
  • Existing network of contacts within the construction industry is a plus.
