Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst role is essential for delivering financial support, overseeing financial operations, and advising on financial matters to the leadership of assigned business units.

This position will serve as the secondary financial partner for the management team of the designated business unit(s).

Position Responsibilities:
Review and Analysis of Monthly Results:
- Coordinate and execute the monthly reporting and results review process with assigned business unit(s).

- Provide analytical insights and recommendations on significant financial matters, including researching and explaining variances to the plan in collaboration with assigned business unit(s).


MIS Issue Resolution:
- Proactively address MIS issues affecting performance and discuss impacts with business unit(s) and Divisional Financial Officers.

Monthly / Annual Forecast Process:
- Oversee and implement the monthly and annual forecasting analysis process with assigned business unit(s), including target development and coordination with Division Finance Officers and management.

- Deliver financial analysis support to business units.


Financial Analysis Support:
- Maintain financial oversight and provide recommendations on financial matters to assigned business unit(s).
- Act as the primary financial partner for assigned business unit(s) and actively participate in team meetings.

Project Management:
- Offer project financial support and analytics related to financial and performance metrics for assigned business unit(s).

Communications and Presentations:
- Lead and/or present financial analyses and results to business unit(s).
