Account Manager Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Lead to join our team at Swire Coca-Cola. As an Account Manager Lead, you will be responsible for promoting the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue.
  • Cover duties for account managers and other sales positions.
  • Use experience to coach and drive account manager development and consistency.
  • Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location.
  • Place orders of product to be delivered, maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchase.
  • Manage and fill customer beverage section, build displays, fill coolers, and all points of availability, ensuring they are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated per company standard.
  • Rotate products to ensure that store follows a first-in-first-out stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods experience required.
  • Successful track record of building strong business relationships within the market place.
  • Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices.
  • Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable form of transportation.
  • Handle repetitive lifting, bending, and stooping with 20-50lb cases.
