Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at Mann Dental Care LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
