Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Engineer to join our team at The Liro Group. As an Office Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Contract Management division, preparing documentation for contract award, and coordinating project plans and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation for contract award by Legal, AG, and OSC, and work alongside Contract Management Specialists.
  • Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings.
  • Procure consultant contracts from advertising to award.
  • Oversee construction document deliverable compliance.
  • Provide all administrative support for project team.
  • Assist Project Manager with change orders, RFI's, submittals, and response letters to contractors.
  • Assist with monitoring progress and processing reports and required documentation.
  • Coordinate monthly scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain project records, including meeting minutes and all required forms for deliverable to the client.
  • Interface with municipal client and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience on projects valued at $1 million+.
  • Knowledge of RFI tracking and contract documentation.
  • Ability to perform payment review and preparation.
  • Able to multi-task and handle numerous concurrent requests.
  • Knowledge of construction management software a plus.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration system.
  • Applicant must be proficient in the use of email, word, excel, and have good communication skills.
